Hey, about print shops. Do you think staples/kinkos would work or do we need to go to a specialized store?

A friend of our does their printing through Staples bulk printing service and is pretty happy, but stay away from Kinkos. They're seriously awful. The worst. Repeated personal experience. Terrible.
I only used them for DorkSpork's prints once, and the whole batch was off-color (really yellow), and the tech didn't know to fix it so I just went with it. Fully half of the prints were 1/2" off center (leaving a white bar on side of the page), and most of them had a line through it. And the guy behind the counter packed them up and handed them off to me like that was ok.
A real print shop will be more likely to have knowledgeable/helpful people.
