# About me

Hi, I'm Raven.

I'm not much of a visual artist, as I can't draw at all - not even stickfigures! - but I've always loved writing. And what do I write? All kinds of things. Poems, short stories and I've tried my hand at longer stories as well.
I draw my inspiration from my own gloomy life, writers as Edgar Allan Poe and Lovecraft, the AD&D Ravenloft roleplay and my own rather neo-romantic mind. Hence why you will find a variety of rather strange pieces of art in my gallery.

However 'dark' my world may be, I'm generally a good-hearted person, always ready to laugh along and throw in some sillyness and a joke or two. I'm pretty much a dreamer, and my rollercoaster fantasy makes it ideal to drift away on the strangest of adventures. You are always free to join for a ride, or if you'd rather wish to remain at a safe distance so not to catch the laughs, I'm definitely willing to write you a poem on demand since I like to try out new things.
