It's this weird new thing dA did. Now we have a points system where you buy points with actual money and can spend them on things or give them to people. *However* as a part of spreading that, they have free llamas you can give people. At the top right of a profile, there's a button saying "Give". You click, then pick the one that says llama, then follow what it says.
