I know! And wanna know what else I hate? Literature circles. GOD I hated those in elementary school, same with ISUs (they're basically independent lit. circles) because they force you to dig the whole fucking book apart so you can search for the "hidden meaning" to the book. DID YOU EVER THINK THAT THE BOOK WAS JUST A STORY?! Seriously! I don't want to have to put more thought into a novel than the actual author!

OH MY GOD, yes. Lit circles make me want to claw my ears off. It's just people repeating the same thing over and over again! And themes kill me. At this point I just think of bizarre, obscure, and random themes and symbolism. Think of this, when in doubt, EVERYONE IS JESUS IN PURGATORY.
