Hey, I just read your post on the shuffle's (salvia guy) page and I relate to what you said. I too did not start painting until after my first trip as well. It's funny how things work out, I wouldn't want it any other way. I also really admire your work.
With love

I just had a funny thought , what if we lived in a society where entheogen use was accepted and encouraged.

Imagine your first high school arts class. Teacher stands up in front of the class and says, "ok, everyone take a really BIG hit from your salvia bowl and when you come down, draw what you saw"

Man , everyone would be an artist~!

Not only would that help increase creativity, it would really allow people to open up their mind to the concept that they are wrong. It would also provide therapeutic benefits. I use to be addicted to xanax and oxy. It was an addiction I stuggled with for awhile, then I started taking psychedelics when I was in a bad head place. The mushroom kicked my ass one night. After that night, I never took another pill or drink again. I took a break from all substances for 9 months and started to dive into meditation, yoga and art. I found a novelty for life and the happiness I was always looking for in substances. I will for ever thank the mushroom for that horrible, enlightening experience. Now I only take entheogens. I have yet to try salvia, it is on my to do list. I am waiting to be in the right setting in my life.

congrats on your life path , pharm meds can be really destructive and makes many ppl "zombies" who dont have control of their head space at all. I hate that shit but I know in some cases it is a necessary evil. I am glad to hear you found your way to a more natural medicine.
I'm more of a occasional changa guy now, salvia kicked my ass and I havent even gone very deep , my journeys were a mix of fascinating surprise and unrivaled fear & loathing. It's not fun, However I reaped benefits for sure.

I have only partaken 2x , Im in no hurry to rush that medicine. If you want some advice , treat it like a sacred ceremony, there is a touch a madness in sally that has to be respected. I have only smoked her, apparently drinking tea is the better way to go.

Thanks again for featuring my artwork, I really got a traffic spike when you did~!!
I really appreciate it~!!

Yes such entheogens are wonderful as inspiration, and remarkable for their ability to awaken hidden talents and abilities within all of us. This seems quite evident now!
