Well..it depends how busy I am and how complicated the work is. If everything is scripted and I have a clear view of the whole page it may take me one day (colors included)

I do have these but are written in italian
Anyways, they go something like this:

PAGE no. xx
Panel x :
There could be a short description of the ambientation and the action of the character (in case there's one in the scene). sometimes there are indications on which angle to use.
Dialogue:
What the character is saying.

and so on till the last panel of the page.

The scene is a fancy party, the guests in the panel are laughing while *person* grins in the center. The angle should be frontal view.

Yup

That is up to the writer.
They may have these character focused in their mind, so they give you as many details as they can, usually in the script, in the "Panel" section or wherever the writer desires (at the beginning of the script).
Other writers may leave this job to you, so you have free rein.

Oh, well.. there were a few character sheets drawn by other artists around (of the main character), but he told me to create a personal version of it, taking inspiration from these and a kind of Russian gasmask. If you check his profile you can see those.
As for the other characters, a short description was written in the script in the way I told you before.
