Dictatorship run by a Monarch,so it could technically be a Dictorial Monarchy. It's more of a galactic empire.

Many of the troops are part of the Zerepnicon fascist party. They number in the millions. As for weapons,we got tanks, planes, waterships, spaceships, traditional guns, laser guns, swords, lightsabers,and monsters.
