yeah you're probably right. I overreacted. It's just an avatar. I was sleep deprived from insomnia and just icredibly on edge. I didn't actually report him I just said I did. I figured enough people probably already have. Unless they had a seizure in the middle of typing it up. Admins for this site don't give a damn about that stuff anyway. I reported an art theif last month and they still haven't done anything about it and that's worse than any avatar. Sorry Thedu. Hope you find a better site for your art since you hate DA so much.

Your avatar is in very poor taste. I get photosensitive reponse migraine and have many friends with photosensitive epilepsy. I like dumb tasteless humour and think that your avatar could be funny in the right venue, just not dotted around a space where anyone could land on it without warning. You wouldn't like to be punched in the face for no reason so I don't see why you should place potentual traps around a community site. Your avatar does make me ill so I couldn't even type this on your page because I cant bear to look at it. I am planning on complaining to the admin.

I don't know, but it's definitely possible. There was a cartoon shown in Japan once that made several kids have seizures.

Still, whatever factors were involved, the fact is the seizures were very real and scientifically linked to the rapidly flashing stuff.
And as I said before, it can even make a non-epileptic extremely uncomfortable, and that's why I was suggesting more consideration of others...instead of having an avatar that flaunts the fact that it could potentially harm somebody.
