Unfortunately, the shoes were thrown out after the last time I wore them (they were wicked painful to wear). Everything else is in boxes, since I no longer live in MA.

I can tell you how I made it, but unfortunately, I can't help with the rental part.

Yeah, they usually take a long time to make, too. It gets easier. You can really teach yourself to do anything nowadays, especially with tutorials available all over the internet.
