Hey Maffe811,
I made it in Cinema4D, just with a simple custom material applied to the text.
Using a sharp gradient from black to blue to black.
If you want an actual tutorial then I can try and make a short one, but I don't have any time the coming weeks.
However it's very simple, if you have C4D try it for yourself
