# About me
Hey, my name is Kayla. I pretty much joined DeviantART just to get my photography out there. I'm sorta new at this and don't have very much experience but I really enjoy it. I'd like to be a photographer for a future career. It's just a way I like to express myself.A lot of my photos are of myself, nature shots, still life, and just the beauty of the outdoors. I also have some of my friends and animals. A lot of my photos are focused on the eyes as well. They kinda amaze me :)
Hmm.. about me. Okay, well I guess I'm a pretty bright kid. Getting good grades. I like to get involed in school activities and sports, like playing basketball and volleyball. But, I also do thing outside of school, of course. I'm involved in several dance classes and enjoy hanging with my friends and family and just having a good time. Other than photography, I like to express myself through a paint brush or pencil. I don't know if I'm reallyyy good at art but it is a passion of mine.
I also joined this website to get some new ideas, so if any one has a request or something, shoot me a note! I don't usually check my inbox too often, but I will try my best.. So I'm sorry if it takes me awhile.
Please keep in mind that when you are viewing my gallery I would appreciate if you didn't leave repulsive comments, mainly directing that at sexual terms. I didn't join this website to have guys hoot at me. I'm only in a lot of my photos because when my friends aren't around, I have nothing else to take pictures of, unless it's nice weather. And I really don't care about critiques, so if you wanna drop a comment, go ahead, but please be mature about it.

i'm afraid i'm not too well tonight. i had a bad reaction to a yellow fever vaccination today (for my kenya trip) and got taken to hospital in an ambulance
