Gallery thumbnail... WAT DO ?
. The 'Featured' option shows a selection of some works, a quick overview
. You can navigate through all my little collections with folders on the left column
. But if you just want to see all mixed in a row, select the 'Browse' option
Why THAT MUCH folders ?
. I prefer to refine a set rather than to combine them and to have them with less meaning.
I think the feeling and the atmosphere evoked by a set are as important as those each image does.
. This also means I sometimes redefine themes and images which compose one.
There's always an order - the top left image is the first to see. (at least with photo folders ; my drawings or designs ones are more a stack rather than a composed ambiance.)
>>MAC USER ..?
Due to the 1.8 gamma setting (Win is 2.2) my works could seem quite crappy.
I tried to solve this with color profiles but i'm surely doing it wrong.
<<
Thanks for any views and critics out there !
Keep it deep

Merci d’avance pour votre feed-back,

Okay, I want to tell something but don't know what, so here's a music link I just discovered, the best I've heard in multiple months.
Unfortunately the very end is missing and its quality is hideous, still I was astonished.
As you perhaps do listen to the genre, this is heavily inspired by Dubstep of course, but it transcends far beyond the usual codes. If you fear that genre you perhaps don't know good sides of it.
Kay anyway, tell me.

Okay, first of all, forgive me for being stupid, but how do I know you? Just niggling away at me...O_o
Second, I do like dubstep! Any particular reason why I should?
Finally - dude... there's no link...

Hai
First of all, FFFFFFFUUUUUU & [link]
Second, well hm I don't know you either! Any particular reason why I shouldn't ?
Finally, what are you listening to in Dubstep ..? :}
I do not like current filth. Gross and meaningless, all but original and innovative.

Ello.
First of all NNUUUUUU & coolio's (just that bit funkier than cheerios).
Second, Correctemundo! No, not really. But you don't so there. *pulls tongue childishly*

There's a lot out there that's just amazing. Just have to know where to look ( [link] )

It's been a f*while I was f*busy ._.
But to anyone suggesting me music, I have to reply
And
I reply noes at shitmixers' track :c (and the other one, wut, it's a search and no track really meets kitchen diaries beardyman :l - Or it's a guess game ? I'm not good at it)
I talked about quality dubs as this piece of epicness from DJG indeed is
[link]
Too many people say they're dubheadz after a listen of Borgore & Datsik on YT
Too bad, gross
Also at the moment I'm looping this track I discovered from a mix by the almighty Vaccine : [link]
Have a nice listen & nite.

Yeah - what's been keeping you busy, man?
D: Ah shit link - ermm.. here's a quickie (ft. JFB on decks - he's a legend.) but browse along and see what you think - he has some epic improv and beatboxing going on. [link]
(On a side note - Beardyman and JFB run a club together called battlejam - it looks hella fun.)
I've gotta reply no to the DJG track - feels all a bit vacuous - like it's missing a beat.
But I will agree on the Borgore and Datsik front. Borgore's all a bit childish with it and Datsik's beats feel really lackadasical and amateur.
Not exactly getting the feeling you'll like this - but give it a go - it's well mixed and fairly toned down (which I'm guessing is the way you lean?) [link]
Great mellow sound and a good steady beat, but it's not generally my thing.
Thanks
So what else do you listen to? (:

Yoooo grl I saw that Beardyman in one vid making DnB beats that was power. I browsed and indeed he's really crazy.
It's missing a beat ?!! Yur kidding me babe it just can't be ! It's one of the most powerfully groovy beat I ever heard on a dubtechno track, it's irresistible !
But you've described Datsik (&such) oh-so-well.
But. Please. Your Nirvana remix. God it's the typical "LETS DO A RMX HURR" made by every champ on youtube - aka complete anonymous :l Do they sell vinyles or mix good music ? I don't think so
Musically this remix is under zero level, it's far more bad than Datsik, who is bad already. I'm surry :c (And... That's not mellow at all ?.. Or once again I'm lost ?)
I recommend hmm classic DMZ material, Ancient Memories for example for a f*steady Dubstep. It's from 2004-5, this is godly.
You can get also deepness from Headhunter, like Experience a big one.
Currently I'm on continuous eargasm with Science from Belgium (twas my place for 4 years), check their www.myspace.com/sciencedubstep, this is what I mean by serious business. Their mixes are amazing as they put down deep & heavy tunes AND all-time classics, like Loefah or old Skream's.
Dubstep for me is no trend, all that Rottun Rec and YT phenomena is pure bullshit.
Otherwise I listen to Hip-Hop, Metal, Drum'n'Bass, Minimal Techno, some Jazz and Ambient music too.

Awesome - he has to be one of my favourite beatboxers and he's pretty damn hilarious too
NAAAHH!! I CAN'T like that track. Powerful it is not.
Hah - fair enough, that was pretty shitty. What can I say? Sometimes I'm a sucker for a cheap beat!
Excellent track from DMZ - it had to grow on me first, but it did - I'm definitely a fan. Not so much of Headhunter though. Reminds me of the backing tracks to 90's platform games like Abe's Oddyssey.. That's quite sad.
Science are VERY slick. Very nice. Great atmosphere and depth for something that could get a little bit grating without the right mix.
Sounds like the perfect mix to me How'd you feel about the Prodigy? Like the entire back catalogue. Not just the gimmicks.

Thrybrid In reply to Existence-is-Futile [2010-08-17 14:10:25 +0000 UTC]
Its beat IS f*groovy you can't deny it D: God, I mean god find me a beat that worked out which gives you a dancing desire that strong °_°
What did you mean, you like cheap beats ..? Try the new Cyrus (in case ya don't know), Minimal (BTW in the begining he was boring as hell and these times this is the shit : Ding Ding, Beatwise...)
I'm so glad you appreciate DMZ especially this one. That's my first ever dose and I never get used to it.
Strange about Headhunter it's really skankin though. And your comparison is really funny (Abe was a great game haha)
What about Motion Tween or Feel The Heat rmx ??.. Pure dope isn't it ?!
Prodigy yea I know a little, listened to the Invaders Must Die one time only that was strong ! Classic albums as Fat of the land or Outnumbered blabla were good, I even try the Jilted Generation (and this was more special) but it's like this, they're Electronica classics so I gotta move on, they're not part of my very best of selection. I feel it more like something very efficient mais not really personal.
This said I don't think I've all listened from them.
Could I recommend you a label ?.. Ranking Records. Some tracks are just beautiful, as Sunshine is [link]
You got Roman too which is absolute.
Miserere is great too, really masterful.
Cheers : O

.... Just no.
Stuff like [link] - quite childish and poppy...guilty pleasure. O_o
Not feeling the Cyrus stuff :c Searched minimal 2010, and came to the conclusion that it must have been THE MOST BORING CRAP in the world to not be considered boring now. No offense intended
Well I was actually suprised - it crept up on me but it was pretty damn cool!
...Excuse my retardedness, but 'skankin': good or bad word? (Abe made my childhood worthwile lol)
Listened to motion tween twice and I really liked the feel of the feel the heat remix. Actually really liked the actual track too. Definitely infinitely dope (:
Yeah, I know what you mean about the personal side, but I think they're so versatile and they have so many tracks out there that follow a completely different vein to the last, that there's pretty much something that speaks to everyone about them. Personally I just love the innovation. I think because not all of their stuff is an instant hit or like you said, not part of most people's very best selection, they're kind of forgotten in terms of what they've actually done to constantly move electronic music into new phases. But then again they might be shit, and I might be biased
You can reccommend Ranking Records every day. Please do Epically smooth.
So I'm not sure that I've actually asked how you are once since we started this.. How are you? ^_^

:]
I just laughed with your BORING MF STUFF EVER IN THE UNIVERSE :l
Well I promise in the beginning, it didn't please me, but that was the... well hope you'll catch this, the ghetto feelin' :l
I mean Dubstep is no way matter of nirvana remixes or Datsik/Excision blahblah, in the very beginning, it was called Intelligent Grime cause it was instrumental & slower. NO FUCKING RELATION with Drum'n'Bass, about this that's simply because the UK has THE bass culture...
Soooo the music was sad/melancholic, and some cheap sounds contribute as well to this ghetto music feeling.
Remember Skreamizm this is it.
About Cyrus, yea YT is not updated all the time, I'm often frustrated ; take a mix from www.bunzer0.blogspot.com, (favorite Belgium DJ) you can see the tracklists. So Minimal is cool, Beatwise or Ding Ding (w/ Tunnidge) are great.
Also do you know him, Tunnidge ?! Listen to this piece of heaviness [link]
Well skankin... This is when you're on a stick, so yea I meant Experience is really really high ...
Motion Tween is an anthem... Feel The Heat well I'm not fond of the original to be honest
The English seems to be your mother-language ...Honestly what about Maelan's accent ..? It's a bit flat and... Well I find it a lil ridiculous
Heh you're right about Prodigy, you have to recognize their fame even with their last album only...! Then I prefer more specialized music hm :]
Did you listen to these 3 best tracks from Ranking ever - or just Sunshine ..? Anyway I'm so glad you appreciate this, yea quality all the way.
And about your final ? : D I'm doing well, searching a work at the moment, I'd like have some money aside, I stopped shit studies this year I can't bear shit like this anymore, it's gonna be adventure wooo ..!
Still I'd like to be in Computer Graphics. I'll make a book to find an internship... First I must earn some cash & find people who I can make something with.
I even found a lovely tall gurl ! That's sooo cuuuuuuute :3

Aah - so you're a die hard classic dub-to-the-bone kind of guy. I apologise for the entire list of crap I've been spamming your message box with then. *gets ready to be enlightened*
Should we just assume that everything I know about dub is...well...not much, and take it from there xD
[link] Much preferred that <-- to your link. I guess I'm not much for the slow beats. I need a bit of an onion track - layers n shit. (which probably means dub isn't my thing as much as I thought it was )
His accent? It's alright. You'd be suprised what some native English speakers can do to the language, so he's doing pretty well! It's definitely flat, but I wouldn't say ridiculous.
Listened to Sunshine, Roman and Miserere. Think Roman was my favourite, which is odd seeing as Miserere has a lot more to it
Oh don't even mention work. Finding work is killing me. What were you studying? I'd think you wouldn't have a problem with finding an internship though - your work is pretty solid.
Anyway - tell your tall gurl that the girl from the internet who knows nothing about dubstep said hi

Oooooiii back
...I don't know if I'm a pure dubhead but hm '-'
Dub is different from Dubstep, it comes straight from Reggae ; Dubstep is a Dub interpretation, and evolution of 2-step & UK Garage.
Grime, but I don't know well the exact difference apart from that, Grime is slow electronic instrus with rap, 2-step is closer to pop/R'n'B I think, still those specific 140BPM rhythms, & UK Garage... I don't know, something like pre-Dubstep ..??
I'd like to know more but you know, the time ._.
About your vid, the track coming @6:00 is godly (DMZ surely)
The DJ makes too fast transitions in my taste :c
Glad you like Ranking Rec - For me Roman is the best by far too, cause it's radical... I see what you mean with "has a lot more to it" (even if I'd be fine having a translation to be sure), well the most yelly music isn't the most powerful...
Still all these tracks are very good !
It's a mistake to only consider Dubstep as the next noisy hype :l
Dubstep is matter about deepness, but nearly everything is accepted ; U got some heavy groovy techy tracks
But if you think Borgore is a revolution in Dubstep, well
It's even not Dubstep ...anymore :l
All my thoughts for your work finding !! C:
I was in 3D, CG studies. And I want to improve myself, I mean the quantity (+quality ofc) of what I have to show.
I'm going to tell her. : ) Things blossom slooowwwly.
We have time all our lives, no ?
About time, what about Inception ?
And where do you live ? Are u a real grl ? How old are you hurr durrrrr

'Ello!
You'd like to know more!?
I think I'll stick to my knowing little. It's more of a suprise that way
You think? I kind of like it. Guess you think it should flow a bit more organically though? Probably right. (As always )
I think if I tried to explain it, you might end up with a headache..I'm not the most coherent person..
No, of course. I'm not one for the 'I'M LOUD! LISTEN TO MEEEEEE!!!! >_<' stuff. I don't like the children who shout, just the ones who run around a lot. I'm a hyperactive child at heart, so hyperactive rather than loud will do. (see what I meant about my explanations!?)
Oh god no! I get what you mean - and I agree - unfortunately instead of music evolving from the pure roots of itself (the original dubstep stuff) it's evolving from things like the likes of Borgore and such. Shit, really.
Hah - thanks a lot - it's not happening. At all. I'll be old and grey before I'm actually on a fucking payroll. ¬_¬
Thanks all the same though.
Oh, okay - yeah it's the sort of thing that after a point you can't really further yourself in until you apply it to a real world situation. Any luck in finding something so far? Hope it goes well.
Definitely. Good job really - my life's rolling along pretty damn slowly!
Inception? What ABOUT inception? *is confused*
England (in a little town I like to call the arse end of Liverpool ._o). No, I'm a 57 year old man, touching myslef to your infinite knowledge of beats. But when I'm not being a pervy old guy, I am infact a girl.
...Derp. Really!? Makes me think of Robert Pattinson [link]
Later (:
