Alright, the "lucky" victim I'd like you to tickle is my Inkling OC Mark. 
His lower body consist of black shorts with blue stripes on the sides, along with blue sneakers with orange arrows pointing upwards.
As for the method, I'd like him to be tickled by the Savage Pumpkin from Wiz n' Liz. Now, the Savage Pumpkin itself lacks arms, therefore poor Mark over here's being tickled like crazy with vines, all over his sensitive body. One vine is covering his mouth to stop him from screaming for Meggy's help. He's also struggling to reach for his Splattershot while one of the vines tries to pull the arm back. Of course, the Savage Pumpkin is watching and enjoying his torture the entire time.

Sorry if that was kinda long, but I've had this request idea for a while now.
