Hi there. Randomly poking around d.a looking for some good tutorials and came across your gallery, and I gotta say, your tutorials are pretty amazingly done. Your art is lovely! Also I appreciate the tutorials you've got on your page, it's really nice of you to have those put up. Is there one there that you would reccomend for traditional work with colored pencils? Like textures and stuff? I'm trying to get better at that.

I'm not too familiar with texture myself. You might try [link] Her work is about as crazy-awesome as a person can get with colored pencils, but I think the basic technique is probably still very do-able.
And, it's not really colored pencil specific, but you might also like poking around James Gurney's blog [link] He drops a bunch of general art tips and observations that I really haven't heard of from anyone else.
