Key light camera left is diffused so I imagine it would have been a softbox and a harsh kicker from the rear right positioned very low looks like it was just a spotlight. If there were any more lights they're not doing anything in the image.

If they were using constant lighting they have managed to set their white balance perfectly as this looks almost spot on to 5500k flash. Noise leves look quite low and the image is sharp so if they were constant they were hella powerful.

From What I Remember ther were 2 sets of flood lights and two floor lamps
And I Dont Remember The Chicks Name But She Worked At A Studio In The Parramatta Area
