what do you mean with how?
i simply took a picture of them, cut it and added her arm and a piece of his arm. then i changed the colour of his ring and added a shadow to her hair. the background is a pattern, the link for it is in the discription.
then i simply made 3 stripes and changed the intensity. after that i wrote the titel and my name and placed it on the right position. the font is named scriptina.
so you see, very simple.
