Personality
As she has only had a one major role there's little known about her personality. Tiny's voice and demeanor is hinted at being that of a sassy and tomboyish Kong. For example, her line after being freed is: "I'm off to the tag barrel - Ready to kick reptile Butt". She is also very brave, attacking even if her opponent is way bigger than her as shown during the DK rap where she attacks a giant Klaptrap. Later games such as Donkey Kong Barrel Blast and Mario Super Sluggers may somewhat contradict the tomboyish behavior as when she attacks, Tiny does it in a gymnastics-like form or when pitching she makes a gymnastics-like pose, also when she celebrates a victory Tiny celebrates by dancing, walking and posing in a very girly-like form.
Powers
Tiny can shrink in size (with the use of the Crystal Coconuts), twirl her hair around like a helicopter and perform various forms of Simian Slams (from regular to super duper).
Talents/Abilities
She is also known to play the saxophone, be able to drive karts, use the Barrel Blast, use her Feather Crossbow, dance, do gymnastics (assumed), climb trees and play baseball.

"Oh hey there King Boo. It's been awhile since I last saw you in the baseball tournament sometime back,"

"Ah, that's good to hear," she replied as she smiled contently.

The giant jack in the box's lifelike eye widened slighly at the sight of the blue-wearing kong, its red eye glowing slightly in agitation. After several moments, it suddenly sprung back down into its box, complete silence following.

The female Kong had a feeling that things could go down quickly especially when an old enemy of hers retreated inside his box.
Hinting by the agitation in his eye, he looked like he's ready for a rematch.

Several seconds passed before the top of the box barely creaked open, and the great jack-in-the-box's red eye shone out. After a moment, the kong could hear an odd.... voice echo around her.

">LINK CONNECTED" it said, though, oddly, it didn't seem to be coming from an outside source.
">WHAT ARE YOU DOING;" there was a pause,
">BACK HERE;"

Tiny lowered her guard a bit as she could've sworn she heard someone talking in her thoughts..was it Mad Jack? Sounds like it..but anyways..
"I thought you were about to attack me again," she replied. "However, the reason why I'm here was because I was only taking a brief trip down memory lane, that's all,"
She placed her hands on her hips as she continued,"Don't tell me you're still bitter about what happened years ago,"

It froze for several moments before slowly rising out of the box completely, looking down at the monkey.

"I know it's painful Jack, but we had to save the Island from K. Rool. It's not like we had a choice," she replied as she crossed her arms as she looked concerned. "If we didn't do anything, our home would've been completely destroyed,"

The jack-in-the-box paused another moment before slowly shaking its head, looking away.

It turned back to the kong, putting a hand on its 'chest'.

"I feel sorry for you," she replied. "We might be rivals, but that doesn't mean K.Rool should mistreat you like that. I mean, he did the same thing to K.lumsy by caging him up in an lone island,"
