OH MY GOODNESS. Thanks to college (which I have now finished) I stopped using pretty much everything other than facebook. I know you sent this messageΒ almost 3 years ago, but I just wanted to tell you how sweet I found it.

Woah. I haven't logged on here in forever... Congratulations on finishing school! I haven't drawn since early high-school... I've been lately trying to get back into it. This site is a complete joke nowadays, as I'm sure you've seen...
I guess I'm more of a writer now... I don't know. I play music, so writing goes hand-in-hand with that. In fact, I want to show you something. I'm working on an album with my friends, and I released a demo EP of all these sedated, sloppy bedroom demos that I've spent some time on. I guess the only time I ever draw anymore is when I need an album cover...

I got two new sketchbooks yesterday and they just inspired me to draw but I don't really know what to draw... I've been trying to work on your journal entry drawings, but they're all failed attempts...

Find something new to draw. Branch out, if you're having trouble actually coming out with some work. I know that I am often inspired but when it gets down to actually using that inspiration I get a little lost with what I actually want to write or sketch or photograph. So take a break from your art for awhile and come up with some new things.
