You're very welcome but you (and actually nobody) don't need to thank someone for +faving or +watching someone since these actions demonstrate the respect/awe/etc. for your work, by another person (in this case: me).
My mind may be different or it is what everyone already said a billion times and heard a trillion times but when I +fav or +watch someone/'s work it is my way to say: "Thank you for showing this instead of hiding it in a dirty cellar!"
