I ran the anything from the 55m to the 5k. I was multi-talented. But usually just the 200m, 400m, 800m, and mile.

thats pretty cool I can't do anything long distance cept maybe a 400m but i don't like that I run hurdles 100m hurdles and 400m hurdles. I prefer hurdles to sprints.

I ran the 300 hurdles in high school a couple of times, I had the most god awful form, but I was fast in between hurdles so it didn't matter. Ended up qualifying for states my freshman year the first time I ran them. But I stuck to my mid-distance.

thats awesome. I've got goodform but i need to be faster I need a faster acceleration and reaction. I usually catch up right in the middle of all my races i've got awfuly starts

thats how I was in the 200, I have bad starts so I end up behind and it takes like 50m to get caught back up to everyone. Thank god I had awesome top speed. Blocks never were my friend.

I ran a year in college. I just didn't enjoy it as much anymore. It might have had to do with getting injured, and the struggle to get back in shape. If you're any good you could try the University of Maine, thats where I went. Coaches are wicked nice there. Its good competition too.
