If you don't mind the inquiry, I honestly don't see how you expect this journal to help. How exactly is this going to stop fakers? Did you get the permissions of the cosplayers you're posting to use their photos?
You might think you're helping, but if you're taking cosplay photos without permission- even with the intent to stop others from faking them on devART- you're pretty much doing the same thing you're trying to stop, which is taking photos without the cosplayer's knowledge or consent.

People steal cosplay pictures all the time, and if I try to tell them that what they're doing is wrong, all they do is block me.
I'm supplying to names of cosplayers as well as whatever information I can. It's against the law to steal the identity of someone else and I would just like to make that aware to people to help stop it.
I've came across it too many times on the site and it makes me sad.
Most people don't realize their pictures are being stolen and they usually have no way of fighting back.
I'm not stealing pictures. Cosplays put their pictures out there. But they don't ask to have their identity stolen.

Yes, I know you're trying to help, but you're contradicting yourself. You say 'I'm not stealing pictures' and then you say 'Most people don't realize their pictures are being stolen'.
The cosplayers you are featuring here have no knowledge of you using their photographs. How is it any different, then, if you don't have permission either?
As I said, I know you think you're helping, but if you don't have their permission to take their photos to help, it's self-defeating and hypocritical. You're already garnering faves here for images that don't belong to you.
The best way to help is to use the 'report' button. Report stolen deviations to the staff and be sure to link the original cosplayer's website or Cure page. That's all you can do, and it's the best option- one that's always been there to use, and which is hypocrisy-free.

Plus, I'm fighting Identity Theft, not picture theft.

I've tried. I can't report items unless I'm the one they're being stolen from. Sorry.
