Ah, ok. Izaya does have some good expressions. I try to use it/describe it as best I can in the story.

Izaya is a strange person, he says he 'loves' us humans, but what he really loves is our reactions to stressful, uncomfortable, and dire situations. He is rather sadistic, sarcastic, aromantic, masochistic, verbally abusive, sociopathic, arrogant, perceptive, and nosy. And often times unpredictable, just to throw people off.
He also comes packaged with a 'god' complex. Quick to make calculated judgments, and has a very 'outsider looking in' perspective on people. Willing to throw himself in the fray of danger just for entertainment, and even enjoys when people destroy his view of them with unexpected acts and strategies. (Being that he's usually so good at pinpointing those actions.)
He loves a good fight, and an unusual surprise, so long as he feels he's in control of the given situation.
That paints a pretty good picture of him.Ā Ā
