heya sweety. I'm very proud of you. you do have a natural eye for this, you are just missing the technical boring part. For starters, considering your camera you want to try and light your subject as much as possible so you can use the lowest ISO setting you can. this should help to reduce the grain in the image. you are limited by your camera, but not as much as you think.
