I like the location of your mailbox; nice and eye level for me. Mine was all the way on the ground. I know i'm short, but having to kneel to open it was not fun xD Hope you got them! You missed my mass panic attack about an hour ago because all of my AtLA stickers were MIA. Just found them though somehow mixed up with the bookmarks...?

anime Midwest is a smalle con, but who knows, that might be better. LK is a guest though, so I'm going to try and see him this time! And admission nis pretty cheap: it's only $30 for a weekend pass (although I believe at the door it's $25 for a single day...? weird). I still have like no info. on the alley (hours, set up, where I am xDD) but there's only like 12 artist tables. So hopefully no one else has chibi art so they all have to come to me! Mwahahahaha!

Fruit ninja...? Can't say I've ever heard of it, but sounds like fun! I've played ninja before and those games get intense!

When do you officially start? I wish I had a new class or something to start, life is quite dull here. I went to a writer's group hosted at my library (just started last thursday) but the moderator seemed more interested in talking about himself and his works and then sort of shooting people's ideas down D: I don't think I'm going back. We're supposed to bring something to critque next session, and while I don't mind my fellow writers reading and critiquing, the idea of this guy commenting makes my blood curdle xD :whee:

Other than that, just getting ACEN stuff. Spent about $360 in stickers the other day, and over $30 in tote bags xDD And still don't have near enough. Testing out my ink-jet shrinky dink to see how they turn out for charms! Do you know if hobby lobby sells keychains with the little attached metal chain? Trying to find some for if they do work.

Did you get your ticket yet (or find out when student teaching ends)? You must come! We're supposed to be getting our table placements shortly, so I'm really hoping I have a good spot! You'll have to let meknow, as I have no idea really what the layout is ther.e

Going to go dry my hair before I drip all over my laptop xD Made myself play DDR today to get some form of exercise in. I've been so lazy lately :/

Fruit Ninja is a kinect game in which fruit pops onto the screen and you slice it up by swipeing your arms around...its really fun...here..I'll find a video for you...[link] Its a super simple concept...but so much fun!

I'm pretty sure I start next week, so I'm getting ready.

HobLob might have them, but I'm not sure. If they don't, I can certainly make them for you, not too much of a problem. And no, I didn't get my ticket yet. I'm still trying to figure everything out with Stu. Teaching, so we'll see...but I'm personally intending to be there...I really really am!

I'm thinking you might start Monday? I want to hear all about tehf rist day!!! So I have maybe good news for my own job hunt. A PR company (one of their clients is Lego, though of you )contacted me about an internship I applied for. Haven't been able to get a hold of them since they left the message, but i"m hoping it works out! They have clients like Hershey, Playstation, Chase, Sony and CocaCola! It'd be so neat to get to work for an actual big-name PR company.

Aww, thank dear! I think I have figured out how tomake them with a combination of jump and split rings. Gotta get the right pliers though xD I'm baking up a batch again tonight -- the first one turned out really cute, if a bit smaller than I thought. One inch is really tiny xDD I'll post pictures once I find glaze. Michaels doesn't appear to carry it (?) and I was going to order online from hoblob, but am not paying $6 in shipping. I'll drive up and get it myself!

Oh, and ordered myself some business cards for ACEN xDD I feel sort of professional now!

lets see...new things. I started using tumblr, and its super addicting! I also got my ears pierced for the first time today...I now have two white gold 4 mm crytal studs in, and they're gonna be there for quite some time before I wear anything else (because they told me to).

So, on a sour note, that lovely PR company. I have been trying to get a hold of the lady since Wednesday leaving her voicemails, because she said she wanted to talk. Today she finally emails me saying that they'll be going over resumes and if I'm a fit, they'll contact me. What?? D: :gonk: It's like, you're supposed to go through the resumes, find a fit, and then call, not the other way around. She didn't even apologize for not calling me on Tuesday when we agreed to chat at 4 :anger:

How was student teaching???? Those kids allb etter be behaving themselves! I'd love to read your blog,b ut a word of caution. My sister got in trouble for writing one so if you do choose to, don't include the name of the school at all or your name. That way they can't trace it to you as an individual.

I've got to try out tumblr. I made an account like a year ago but just didn't really get it xD Whohooo, go pierced ears! We're all like the super-late to the piercing club people Yes, do not take them out! I think it's 6 months of studs kept in, and then you can change them out, but no danglies for a while. I really just wear my studs all the time, so eh You most post a picture of them on FB!

haha...Student teaching is going well...I've been grading papers and learning kids names (which I'm really really bad at). So far, I've gotten to know a few kids and joked around with them, so that's a start. I'll start teaching a few of her classes next week using her lesson plans, and then i'll be teaching my own stuff the week after...oh boy.

Wow...from the time I said it to now, I totally forgot about writing a blog, and to be hoenst, now that I know how tired I am after just one day, I know there's no way. Even so, I know to make everything confidential, the most I do is put something on tumblr, but only a few poeple know me on there (3) so no worries there. Besides student teaching, I have three classes, and they all have homework....evil evil homework. Honestly going to go insane this semester...but I'll survive.

I heard about your PR fiasco on facebook...poor you! They usually pull that garbage when they have filled the position, but I really hope that's not the case.

I saw that your table was on the list of artists for AA and I was very excited for you! I think number 35 must be really good, so it should be a good ole time! I'm quite excited for it...but to be honest, it seems like it will be impossible to ever get to that day...there's so much in the way right now... Oh my.

I wanna see your stickers! I've seen them online, but I wanna see them in reallife and pepper my laptop with your stickers! Oh i wants them! I bet you'll sell a lot!

Yeah it turns out that I don't have an apartment this year, communiting from home (waaaay too expensive otherwise and besides I'd prolly spend more time out of the apartment than in, so it just made sense)

Mancala bead....OH! Those glass pebbles with the little pictures in them? Acutally its super easy! Elmer's Glue! xD Seriously, just a tiny dab to stick it on, and then I rubbed a small bit on the outside to seal. I suggest you experiment though, as it COULD smear.

I've been watching your stuff! You've been drawing a hole bunch. I liked you Lucy/fairy tail spread. very nice! And I hope to see you too! Maybe we can hang out for a bit or something! Kendra and Kelsey have an apartment, maybe we can raid them together!

Aww, thank you I've been trying to prepare stuff for ACEN. I am determined to get a table this year xD I'm slowly starting to realize how expensive it's going to be though... I have to buy all these supplies and table setups and stuff and then make everything. Plus transport costs and lodging (any chance I can hang out at your house all weekend ) and whatnot. Are you going this year? You definetly should and stop by my table. I can even get you AA badge privilbies under my table if you want -- the catch is you can't pick your badge up till the con, so no mailing option. But there is a seperat eline for AA so we won't be stuck for hours

And ify ou have any neat print ideas or bookmark ideas or anything you think people would like, please share! my brain is running dry. xDD

The only catch is we'd need another chair. My house has these crappy old folding ones, but they break easily xDD And they're covered in paint and whatnot. Yup, I'm stuck all this weekend...though I hope they'll let me go on Monday. Its been fun at some parts and torture at others, but this is the last weekend and I'm looking forward to that.

I live super close to the there, so really its no bother at all. Honestly its down this road and then down another. Usually people stay at my house for Acen anyway because I'm that close. And no worries about chairs...I have plenty of good folding chairs...there are about 10 in the basement.

I forget, are you graduating in Feb? O rare you student teaching or something in spring and then graduating in May? I know for spring ACEN is super early this year Which I sort of like. Winter finals are probably the week that includes Dec. 16 -- my birthday has been stuck in there all 4 years, I don't think it would change now

Eww, dont' speak about money. Stupid bane of my existence. Why does the whole world have to run on it? xD No luck finding a job so it's starting to get me down. I'm sure you can find some for it :3 I'd buy sooner then later though, since it's cheaper now.

I think you'd be fine for the times of getting the pass. You'd really only need to get off Sat. and Sunday and come for the afternoon Friday (or request a teacher's day off?). I can't wait till they get the schedule up. I'm not sure how many panels I'll have a chance to go to if I'm manning the shop, but I figure I should enjoy part of the con.

I also wanted to give you my updated plans for ACEN. I've decided to hold off on buying my ticket till I know I've got an AA table -- they won't start listing them till early-mid December. I figured I'd rather lose the $5 of early pre-reg then lose $50 because I don't get a table They also raised table prices this year -- darn it!

On a plus note, I found something in my basement that's turning out to be pretty handy. If you get a moment, cuold you text me your address (or school address, either one). I want to try something

Well the pebbles/beads come in two basic sizes. There are the smaller ones that I had, but there are some bigger ones that go about to 1.25 an inch maybe. The smaller ones may actually be only half an inch in diameter. Still, I'm not sure. You should get the beads and measure them from there. You can grab them from any craft store really...though they might call them glass pebbles or something like that.

Are you gonna magnet them? What's your plan after you attach le picture? Oh, and are you using your chibis?....and do I need to still make a list for you of chibis to draw?

I got the smaller ones -- I think they're cuter xD I don't think I'm going to attach magnets. Thought about it, but I dunno, there's just something cute about them all in a bowl and just being adorable. Maybe I'll bring a package of those small sticy magnets and can charge extra if people want them attached

On magnets though, do you have any idea where I can get a basic square shaped magnet, maybe about 2 inches wide and high? I wanted to make magnets with images, but hobby lobby and Michaels have both failed me

I'll probably use some chibis and then some other art that isn't too "busy" I might even do basic Japanese kanji because people love that sort of thing.

And if you still want to makea list of chibis, feel free I've got a list from my sister and brother, but we'll see where yours fall in I'm going to be crazy busy. Need to stop drawing otehr things and just focus on the chibis xD

Maybe if I have time I might do a few of their redesigns (probably Zoro, Sanji, Luffy and Nami... maybe Usopp without that fugly hat ). But I want to get a wide range of a lot of shows. That's what I hate about time skips. Naruto is teh same way, but at least it was only like 240 chapters in before it changed. OP was like almost 550 xDDD

Glad you got a new cord Mine is currently doing that "plugged in, not charging" crap and I'm not entirely sure what to do. Since it always charges back to at leats 95% I'm not too worried yet

Hey! So I finally bought some mancala beads, but before I start a crazy printing spree, about what size do you think I should print the image? I'm trying to measure the stone, and I'm thinking something around .75" x .75" is pretty accurate, but you're the expert when it comes to these :3
