Hey, sorry I was so slow at replying, I don't check DA nearly enough. I use the word 'worked' all the time, I'm there enough that it feels like work! But of course, it's not nearly as hard as the shelter workers who really are there every day. Good luck with the East shelter! That's the only one in the city I've never visited, actually.
