I don't think I've gotten used to the tablet completely though. Just practice a lot with it at least once everyday. Or try using your tablet as your primary mouse.
And I've been using my tablet for at least 3-4 years already. XD

I think your very good at it Im just a beginer I still have a lot to learn oh and how do you color things in with paintool sai I have a hard time on that anything i colored whould go over the lines

Do you use layers in SAI? If you don't, it's really important for coloring. You have to put the LineArt layer above and the coloring layers below the LineArt layer.
Also, do you use the bucket tool that's set to Target-All Image? That should get you to the basics.
For a bit of advance use, you can use the magic wand tool that's also set in Target-All Image, click which part you want to fill with a color, adjust it with the Select and Deselect tools, and then click alt+delete if you wanna fill it with color then.

Are you sure your LineArt layer doesn't have 'holes' in it? Like if you draw a circle, every line should be connected until the end?
But if that doesn't work, how about putting your LineArt layer as "Selection Source" in the Layer Menu, then change the Magic Wand Tool Target to Selection Source as well.Β
And again, make sure your color layers are below the LineArt layer. : )

Hmmm. Did you try restarting your laptop while the tablet is still plugged in? If you did and it still doesn't work, you might wanna uninstall the wacom drivers and download the latest one from their website.
