Okay I just had a strange dream where Dawn from Pokemon was older and was Bill Cipher's from gravity falls apprentice and 'mistress of chaos' as the dream put it. Anyway I want to draw how she looked. She had a floating top hat,golden glowing eyes,white scarf,bow tie,gold suit with black brick pattern and underneath that a black skirt with a gold brick pattern,black sleeves,a pair of black gloves,in one hand a gold cane in the other a massive blue flame,black stocking and gold high heel boots. Please draw this for me!
