Don't worry too much about it, i was actually specifically referring to my own camera, back in calgary... along with the ability to take pictures, it also has some good memories on its flash memory disk thingy that i want to go over and download onto my computer

5 hours by plane?? it'll take me 8 hours by plane to get to niagara this autumn - i didn't realise Canada was so big =s now i'm scared O.O

well, after all, canada IS the biggest country in the world (at least as far as i know... i used to think it was russia, but several friends have told me that since the USSR fell apart, canada is bigger)...
but to be quite frank and honest, the only thing you need to look out for in canada is enraged wildlife (although the likelyhood of you encountering dangerous wildlife is just about nil), oh, and Torontonians... people from Toronto are frighteningly similar to Americans... at least, generally speaking, as far as street crowds go (and what that means is that you'll have very few people acknowledge your existence as you walk past, and there's the occasional, but still exceedingly uncommon purse-grabber... in Calgary, where i'm from, with the exception of in downtown or on transit, you'll usually get a "hello" or "hi" or at the very least a smile from about every 5th to 10th person you pass, even more so if you say "hi" first)
wow, i can really ramble... right... in short, you've got nothing to worry about... Canada takes up a lot of space, but in general, the people are really nice... they tend to be even nicer if you've got a foreign accent
