I don't know... I'm not extremely active and although I like the pilot I prefer the ninja world Naruto was eventually based in. Although I like the idea of him being the ninetails, I guess it makes you sympathize with the character more if he is just the vessel which holds the Ninetails.

I think it could still well be a ninja world pilot!Naruto lives in ^^ And let's not forget the fact that in the pilot, Naruto's father was the nine-tails who attacked the village. Potential emotional baggage right there...

True, but the fact is he basically IS the monster in the pilot, but it would be cooll if gaara etc. were all children of their respective demons from Naruto.
