Thats good practice for starters. Getting the feel of hardstyle. But you need friction control. With shoes is best, the friction for control of your spins and kicks.

Ive never fallen when I spun. I did hurt my toes a couple of times when I do my kicks. Bang my door 'just a couple of minutes ago my fan' or my foot stuck where bed is mid spin.
