well setsuna is rather woodsie like, while fumiya is royalty and has like really colorful stuffs, so i was thinking somekind of green mix for setsuna, and some flashy looking colors for fumiya

yes, that is where the symbol i made for Chino's (which is the left sword) and Russ has the symbol for fire, which you need to make

Russ' sword has shades of red and Chino's has gold, the colors are used to represent the Fire and Light.

...welll it looks a bit like an anthro artist's worst nightmare in the worst way possible.
are the flames really his hands or are his hands there and the flames a shape on top of 'em? i need more refrence.

The flames cover his hands, so yeah they are on top so to speak.

His "feet" would look like that but with the forth finger moved from the side to the back, leaving the three claws in the front, one in the back.
Now his "hands" could be done the same way, just completely remove the forth finger altogether, leaving the three.

the tail can look like this, just make it long and the overall same look, you can really do what you want with it.
then the wings.

Noe basicly, if you took Russ how he is normally, with his hands and feet on fire, your really just giving the flames a shape and adding wings and a tail to it.
if it helps, you could do something along the lines of Naruto's One-Tailed Transformation state.
