I understand your frustration, I really do. I don't believe that one of our admins would ever tell you to tag Fargo in a comment for a commission to be submitted to the group, however. If an admin DID tell you to do this, please let me know who it was right away because this has never been and will never be a guideline and we will excuse them from the admin team.

I have double checked the group log to see if this commission you had done was submitted and denied and I do not see it. I can see that you accidentally submitted your reference to the artwork folder and an admin corrected you-- I can also see that you re submitted your reference and it's in the review process with a different admin.

Please let me know if I can be of any further help.

no no XD I tried to submitted it and it was denied by Winzor who told me to re submit it to the reference folder, that what I said or meant anyway. no one told me to tag anyone that was all me, and an accedent at that.

Thats what I was saying, You told me earlier that (I thought) that I needed to submit THIS pic to the art folder, which i had already done and been denied as you saw in the record logs and was told by admin to submit it to the ref folder so i did now your telling me its submitted to the wrong folder and SHOULD be in the art folder... (I think, or am I just confused again...) I only tagged fargo cause I thought he may want to see it and had meant to do that on the comments of the PIC not the comments in here... that was a oops on my part that I hadn't even realized.

I think we're confusing the threads and submissions! I saw in the log where Winzer removed your horse's reference HERE . And then there's your new submission to the log HERE in the correct place! You're just in the review stage-- AstroPonies will respond to you when they are back online!

The artwork we're talking about here, in this comment thread, is this piece: .:MLP Style Commission for TwinWolfSister:. that you had commissioned! (The begining of our comment thread is HERE !) I was replying about the submission process for general art, not about your reference image.

As soon as the design admin is back online, they will respond to your questions in the log about your reference. There is not a need to tag Fargo unless you see something unscrupulous happening within the group or you're dealing with her directly for a design submission or breeding; she gets a little bogged down which is why she has a team of us! Sometimes it takes a little bit, but we try to respond as fast as possible!!

I hope this clears it all up! Please let me know if you need anything else! All the admins are here to help!

Because you have a horse that was originally bred in the old group, most of his ancestors haven't been transferred to the new group and, therefore, won't have a plaque. To find IDs, click on the horse in the linage. Some old group horses didn't get IDs because it was a bit of a mess. One horse in Faux's lineage doesn't have an ID.

When I come across an old group horse, I search their name and then their genotype in the group registry HERE . If nothing shows up, they haven't been transferred and you will just put their Old Group ID or their name IF no ID is given in bold. We do not link to anything but plaques.

I clicked on each horse in Faux's lineage and did the same search. Some horses had been sold and registered in the new group and they had new IDs. When you have a horse like that, you go to the BallatorDesignAdmin account and find the plaque to linke-- even if it's blank! We are still setting them all up. I mentioned how to search for plaques in my breeding guide here: Equus Ballator - Sending in a Breeding

Below is your horse's lineage! I did this very fast and it's possible I missed a re-registered horse, but that will be reviewed when you submit his ref. I highly encourage you to search on your own as well!

As a note, normally, we don't search the lineage for each member. Its best to get familiar with the system so you can breeze through it yourself! But I know it's confusing when you get a horse that has one foot in the old group and one foot in the new group. Lots of info is listed over at BallatorDesignAdmin in THIS journal!

I wanted to use the MLP pic as a ref base once its updated is that going to be okay and I noticed Falx's (I can't wait to change his name to Faux) has nothing in his info as a ref do I need to transfer him how would I go about making sure his stuff is current?

If you want to use the MLP picture as your reference, you may need to wait to submit his reference until your commissioner has the image done-- and make sure you get permission to re-post it and always give credit! I've never had someone else do a reference for me, but I'll borrow one of Winzer's babs as an example because she used a piece of my art for her reference: 2493 | Hamilton

At the very bottom of his reference is credit to me and a link to my original art piece. And notice in his stats where it only says +3? Stats cannot be counted twice for the same image. Winzer is claiming stats only for the reference and not for the piece I did. So you will only be able to claim stats on that image once.

For the blank plaque in the BallatorDesignAdmin account: that will be filled out by an admin when his reference is accepted. They will also set up the comments and log his reference, any items or gifts, the transfer note, etc. Members DO NOT need to comment on the plaques at all. Those are strictly for the admins to comment on.

You just need to search for the plaque by his ID number. Here it is: ID 1079

It's blank right now, but it will be updated when his reference is approved.
