Honestly, it really depends on the person. It's one of these "you don't know until its too late" kind of things. I've just had too much trouble with these kind of things in the past and would rather not add more stress to my life.

Yep. One of these instances even dragged on for months. I honestly don't think everyone is like that, but once I start making exceptions it will also create opportunity for people like that.
