Omg I didn't even remember I wanted to make a Condesce cosplay before you reminded me of it, I'm sorry. I'm kind of not into homestuck anymore and I never finished cosplaying the Condesce.

Hello! I am using MMD, wich full name is MikuMikuDance. It works with x,pmd and pmx files, it's free and you can find a lot of resources for it on the net :3
If you're not talking about the program in wich I run the models, the program in wich I make them is PMD Editor. It doesn't allow people to actually model things, but you can edit already exitsent pmd files (there is a Pmx edition wich is Pmx editor) and once again, you can find ressources for creating models everywhere on internet.
(If you want to start making models, take a look at the DA group MMD Mall, they have a lot of usefull stuff on there.)
I hope it's clear enough, don't hesitate to ask me if you need a little help with the program :3
