Hey man whats up? Im an aspireing tattoo artist...well namely an artist whom wants to tattoo, seeing as i havent tattooed anyone yet. Well My question is, Im deployed right now and i have a practice kit with some practice skins, any tips on what i could do to make the best of what ive got? thanks appreciate it. Great Work too! thanks alot. well idk about any advice i could give you, i only messed with practice skin once and it's not like skin, very hard and rigid compared to human skin.

look up videos of Aaron Caine, Guy Aitchison, Jon Clue, Jimmy Lajnen, Nick Baxter, Jesse Smith, Emil,

its really all about technique and how you apply it to your art style, + years of practice, muscle memory doesnt build itself.

idk if any of my tips are helpful but i hope you can find some sense in my words haha

NP, give credit where credit is due! I agree with the fake skin being a horrible substitue! I can understand that theres not much to give as far as advice, but it helps knowing that it is what it is when coming to tattooing. Ive read a lot that no matter how much advice one gets on tattooing that in the end its all based on the individuals talen/technique. Once i get out of afghan im going to immediately start practicing on my leg, ive heard thats where a lot of tattooists start anyways, so, ill just join the ranks. And the references are good too but unfortunately the most you can do with internet where im at is look at text, half of the pictures on here dont even show up lol. ty again!
