Gaaaaaaaaahhh... help me?? I just downloaded Apophysis, and I can't seem to figure out how to save them in a useable form.

You need to render each fractal as a raster image first so that you can use it. Go 'Flame>Render to Disk' and you can choose your render settings (go 'Options>Options>Display' for more settings). I think the default filetype is .PNG but you can choose to render as .BMP or other types. Depending on the quality and size of the image the render can take anywhere 30 seconds to a number of days.
