did you extracted the zipped file ?
dont click on the zipped file if you did extract it make sure you click extract all and click the right button and look for extract

ok
1.Download File
2.When Downloaded click the right button when the cursor is over the Paint tool said Zipped file
3.Look for Extract all
4.Click Extract all
5.when Extracted Look for PaintTool Sai English Pack(Unzipped)
6.When opened the 1st one Open another File that says PaintTool Sai English Pack
7.When Opened look for Easy Paint Tool Sai
8. Anything else u wanna know after you open the file go to Paint Tool Sai tutorial on youtube
