Well, what do you want it to look like? If you want it nice and polished, you're going to have to find images to throw in it. Otherwise, it'll just be the colors and layout you're manipulating.

I can't help you with the design. I suck at that. All I know is the technical stuff.

Like, if someone says "make me a good looking web page", I'll have no clue what that means. But if they say "make me a web page with a red background, black foreground and gray text with a fixed transparent photo in the center of the background, with 20 pixel margins around all text and a sidebar", I know exactly how to do that.
