Oh nice! Yeah I found a pattern when I studied art through NCEA 1, 2 and 3 - the freedom to do my own kind of art was kind of limited. Even so though, the art portfolios I did got me through the years. I only really moved to computers cause it was in more demand in the industry than art was. What kind of art field are you looking at studying? Like design, photography or something else?

I really like digital drawing ... Like that's the only thing I know and is the best at. I was thinking about animation collage but that's is really restricting, as it only studies animation >< argh so hard bro . Ur really good at digital art and u into the computing side :0 why why WHYYY

xD ~Yeah I know what you mean >< I think that's why I prefer doing art as a hobby rather than study it or do it for a job... So I can draw what I want with no restrictions you know? Computing is kinda like a safety cushion for me if I don't get an art kinda job. Oh and if you're into digital art AND animation I recommend using the tool I use - Clip Studio Paint. It's a lil expensive but definitely caters for those things ^^

Oh don't get me wrong, if you study art in the future then the tutors can definitely give you really good advice for future possibilities, and with you're amazing art, I think you've definitely got a bright future ^^ ... Damn that sounds cheesy >< but it's true ( ^ω^ )

I think if anything the competition woulda improved your art skills (well I see every new piece as improving in one area or another... Yet another one of my cheesy speeches ><) //and I can relate... I'm honestly really lazy when it comes to assignments and exam study -.-// computing we study things like databases, html, c#, language after language~ we have to make a website with a database at the moment and I honestly don't have the energy to finish it xD it's harsh...
