Hello~ I can't help but notice that all of your pocky recipes ask for something called Puff Pastry dough. Do I have to buy this, or is there a recipe for it somewhere?

I use puff pastry for convenience, but if you'd like to make the dough from scratch, I'd suggest using a cheese straw dough recipe - here's one that's very simple:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cups plus 2 Tbsp. cold butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup cold water
