Drawing. Drawing. D...raaa...wing!

I cannot imagine how many times a day I get to think at this word. Well, I actually think at 'disegno' or 'disegnare' (Italian worlds to translate 'drawing') as my mind thinks in Italian, but I do am concerned with this activity.

When I'm in the right mood and I have a good idea on my mind I cannot help it. I must grab a piece of paper and a pen, or a tablet and a pen, or a napkin and a pen or whatever and a pen and just DRAW. When I start I cannot stop it. This thing has been going on for 20 years more or less. Ops, I mentioned my respectable "womanish" age. Whatever.

I've never ever studied at any Art school, nor have I attended any Art course. This is just something that happens. I simply express my thoughts. Most of the times, the outcome is poor and not wholly satisfied. Frustration creeps on me and I just want to throw everything away...but each and every time I start all over again. And again. And again. Improvement is my word. The ambition to...well, actually to be ambitious.

I still have to find my own path; to mature my unique style...I probably already have one but I like to change so many kinds of drawing and techniques I don't really know if I have one...
