I own the "Scotland" design that you see in my gallery, which I created from scratch quite a while ago when I first got into Hetalia and realized there was no official design for "Scotland" even though he's been mentioned in the manga before. I'm in no way connected with the pixiv Scotland - also another fan creation - that came about a few months after I started drawing my Scotland

And yeah... Himaruya needs to give us an official Scotland design. He's already hinted at how he sees Scotland's character and personality, and you know, he seems able to crank out designs for Japan's prefectures so quickly and easily... I wish he would direct a little of his time on giving us designs for Scotland and the other British Isles' brothers (Brotherly pics of Ireland and Scotland would make me soooo happy~!)

Yeah, that's true. Honestly, when it comes to artists drawing things, I'd never demand they draw anything they don't want to - so if Himaruya wants to draw prefectures, then that's fine with me. I just wish he would fall back on ideas that he has and finish stuff off - like Portugal for instance. He came up with several designs of Portugal, but after several months, he's yet to say which one he's choosing T__T

And he also started on a HK and Taiwan strip a while back, but again, he never finished it *sobs*

But in his defence, I'm sure he's super busy and if he still hasn't drawn Ireland despite saying he wanted to over a year ago, I'm not holding my breath over him drawing Scotland any time soon XD
