aaah actually the reason I stopped roleplaying was because I was really bad at it... the writing was fine, I mean, but after a few days I'd start losing interest and just sort of flake out on my partner and feel really bad about it and never speak to them again out of shame. :1
that doesn't mean I don't want to! I do but when I said it's something I'd like to pick up again, it was mostly wistful thinking and I forgot to consider how busy I am with school. the same thing I described would happen to us and I would feel pretty crappy about it so for me it's just better to avoid that altogether.
