Uh yeah xD It's pretty ... terrible. The "novel" actually began at the end, strangely enough, when the actual plot kicked in. HOWEVER I'm in love with the characters and think there's some serious potential in there for the plot, so ... who knows? Trying to rewrite it before June 30th so I can get my proof copy. It's sci-fi ... at first it was military sci-fi, then it turned into a romantic epic sort of sci-fi. Except it never got epic; just started looking epic, and then I had 50k on the last night of NaNo.

Uhhhhh. Homeschooling is pretty good! Of course, this is ME we're talking about, so I'm still struggling to be self-motivated and all that. xD

Life outside the Internet?! That exists?! (is shot)

Writing is gooood. So is California. I've been there twice and liked it. Of course, I like anywhere that's not Florida. You ever get the chance to go to Georgia, GO TO SAVANNAH. It is fucking gorgeous. Of course, the entire time I was talking about L4D2, lol. I actually didn't see any place in Savannah that reminded me TOO much of it, but the accents were awesome. Then out of nowhere comes this British/Australian (I'm no good with discerning between those two, forgive me) waiter in a bar/grill-type place. So it was good.

Sorry. Another rant. xD So how IS Kansas, anyway? I know very little about it, besides the fact that Dorothy lived there. Which is a rather terrible basis for knowing about a state. Also, sorry for the TL;DR-ness of this reply. I just woke up so my brain is spilling out of my mouth. (Not literally.)

THIS IS COOL! And that always seems to happen to me. |: I try to write a plotty story that turns porny or I try to write something porny that gets stocked full of plot. WHYYYYY. We can never dictate our own stories, it seems.

Goodness. Speaking of self-motivation, I am quite simply the poster girl for it. I have my math homework in front of myself as we speak and I know I will fail Monday's test if I do not study yet I still let myself succumb to the cruel arms of the Internet. My brain is coming up with reasons why failing this test may or may not hurt my grade too badly.

NO IT DOES NOT. THERE IS NO LIFE OUTSIDE OF THE INTERNET. (this is basically true for me which is a little sad. THIS IS MY FRIDAY NIGHT <3)

OH GOODNESS, I would do the same if I went to Georgia. I've only ever driven through it when my family went roadtripping to Florida. And I've never actually been to California once in my life. 8| I feel deprived. The beaches, the San Francisco, the fame of LA. I HAVE YET TO SEE IT.

Anyway, SAVANNAH. I wouldn't have assumed that there would be European style grills in the area. THIS IS INTERESTING.

Meh. Kansas' most interesting news is ~preparing for tornado season.~ I'm trying to organize a hang out for my friends and I and other than skating rinks, Starbucks, the bowling alleys, and libraries, we'd have to visit the Greatest Ball of Twine which is actually in Kansas for entertainment.

Oh goooooodness. Stories are their own living entity. Look at Harry Potter. Do you ever imagine yourself as a published author to where you go on ffnet or LJ and find that people are writing fanfiction about YOUR CHARACTERS? It's my ultimate dream. And then I'll sneak in and write fanfiction too.

FIVE A.M. ON MONDAYS TALKING ABOUT HOMEWORK? Oh my god. I go to bed at ten on school nights because Virginia needs her sleep if she's going to wake up at ghastly hours to go to school. Not to mention that I think my mother would kill me if the only reason I was up at five on a weekday was for Facebook. In the world of the interwebs, Facebook continues to be IRRELEVANT.

Apparently California is still undergoing a bit of a chill, so my mumster wants to wait until summer for a vacation. Except that I've read so many beach fanfictions and played Caribbean vacations one too many times in my Sims 2 game that by this point I crave the beach. Just to sit there in the sun and bury someone up to their shoulders. OH, THE LIFE

Oh, I'm always glad to meet other J2/Wincest/Destiel fans on dA! It's surprising how hard it is to find J2 shippers who are genuinely good writers or good people, so I revel in being able to find people who fit the description.
