I have some ideas.
Twilight relies a lot on magic... so that

Applejack, she either has strenght she can punch the monsters and use her lasso.

Pinkie Pie has her party cannon and overall randomnes.

Rarity... can actually use Yumi's fans from the actual show... it fits her.

Rainbow Dash, She can either move fast to strike them like Applejack or she can create clouds that shoot lightning.

Fluttershy.. I only would give her a Staff like the one Yumi had on Evolution.

Applejack is obviously lasso, I don't have problem with that, I gave Fluttershy something voice-based attack because I have no better idea, I think it just looks cute on paper, I want to start something with Rainbow's wings, Pinkie's randomness isn't a weapon, so I want to do something with her mane, like she can fire pink balls from it, I know Twilight has magic, but I want everypony to have one consistent attack, and with Rarity I want to do something with her magic too, but I don't have other idea just to make gems come out of the ground in a Sombra style :/

Funny, I have way better ideas for characters outside of the mane six... mane six don't really give you too much room tbh.
