I did indeed take my time on it. It was a commission piece, so I wanted to get it right and make sure the client was happy.

What I mean is...I'm a big proponent of the power of a well done black and white image. I appreciate the challenge of producing a monochromatic image that rivals the excitement that color inspires. The human eye loves color. That's a natural fact. Which is why gaming publishers are now putting out full-color products. This means far less work for black-and-white "dinosaurs" like me.
