so the doctor just gave me a list of stretches to do for my tailbone... they seem to be working out okay? it's been making less popping noises and stuff since i started doing the stretches, so i hope it all works out.

good luck, and you should definately try yoga I just thought of that. That would probably work out REAL well for you, because it definately stretches out back muscles and gets you in shape, and zens you out.

that's a REALLY good idea, i should talk to my mom about that one. i could use a little bit of the getting in shape part too.... i've kicked back since snowboarding ended.

yeah me too, it's so relaxing and it just totally calms you down. I was pretty angry before i started yoga and now I have a whole new perspective on things. It also helped back pains I had from lifting stuff at work. So, good luck with that. You don't even really have to take classes, it's good to start with classes, but they have dvd's out there for like 20 bucks which is a lot cheaper than classes.
