and who are you to judge my photos? just because of this incident, wich I had no intention, now you have to say that my photos are no good? Well some people liked it, but I understand that you're pissed off with me...I guess I'll have to drop this acount and maybe create another one...start all over again

i just didnt appreciate the childish manner in which you replied to *bonbon ..she's one of the nicest people on this site, constantly opening her heart to people that need appreciation, or that don't often get many pageviews..and here you go sprouting your mouth off calling her names like you're better then her, or if nothing else, worth something more.
She was giving you a heads up..telling you she did't appreciate that you had ripped from a fellow artist and friend, and then you have to be an anal s.o.b. totally uncalled for.

no need to start a new account, and if i hurt your feelings with the comment i left, perhaps YOU should think about the comments you leave, or in this case left and ask yourself if perhaps what you said didn't hurt her feelings.

end of story..

bottom line..
ripping is a very serious thing.
and ripping from someone who you have not asked permissions to use art from is even more serious.
that's the point we were making..you merely didn't understand the just of it.

/shakes my head.

do what you gotta do.
but in the future..try finding stock from free sites like inertia or istock.
or several other places on the net.
or if nothing else..try "asking" the artist whose work you admire and would like to use.
lot's of times people don't mind..if you ASK!

Ok, listen, I'm sorry about the comments...I got a little angry, I'm new to all this, I swear I didn't even know about that "free stock" stuff, and I had no idea this picture I used as a background belong to a DA artist, and neither did I know that I wasn't allowed to use it, I have this photo a long time ago, I got it from a link through darklinks.com and i though i would have no trouble using it, I just didn't like the way she told me things...that I had been reported etc...If only she had talked to me I would have removed the photo, I'm still learning about all this. I had no bad intentions. Well I removed all my photos from the website and now I'm affraid to post some of them in my new acount...cause I think you guys will start picking on me right away soon as you find me. You...didn't hurt my feelings, maybe it was a little hard for me to read what you said about my photos being bad cause...I like them, and I'm a person just like you or anybody else, so just because you don't like them doesn't make them bad, don't you think? Well I really am sorry, and I'll say I'm sorry to you too if I must, I didn't wanna cause any trouble, believe me...I know it doesn't matter now but I just wanted you to get things straight.

PS: I'll just wait for your answer on this, and then I'll never come back to this acount again, please answer, thanks in advance

see you made this into a huge fucking ordeal.
neither *bonbon nor myself are attacking you.
YOU were the one that posted work publically on this site that was in actuality the work of someone else.
if you actually and honestly did find that photo from another site..well..did you not think the calibur of it was slightly a little too "key" to be a stock photo.
just because you find something on the net does not grant you permission to then use it in your artwork.
it merely means you have found something that someone else has worked no doubt tremendously hard at.
what you are not understanding here is that the whole situation of you being called a ripper is based on fact.
and my involvement here is simple.
*bonbon came to my page and mentioned that you had ripped a background from noir.
Noir being one of my dear friends on this site, she felt i would be interested in speaking to you about the event.
now..i have voiced my opinion in a fairly mature mannor..and i have also offered suggestions to you as to where you can find stock photo's of your own to use in artworks.

please do not go off like "WE" have somehow attacked you and in turn forced you to close this account, as this is definitely NOT the situation.
make it clear that YOU yourself chose to start a new account, for whatever reason, tho im opting for guilty concience.

all things aside...
you do need to work perhaps on your communication skills with people a little.
as it's my understanding and the understanding of many im certain that when interacting with other's on a community such as this, you will come at times to need to speak with people in perhaps not so nice ways..this situation for example.
try volunteering information that might make people believe your innocence rather then being a malignant tumour on the backside of a obese man.

anyhow..
good day to you, i will not reply any further to you or your comments.
and i suggest you take everything i've said to heart and perhaps think about your actions as well.
as i said..ripping is a serious thing among artists.

and i for one do not enjoy viewing art that is not entirely created by the artist themself..unless of course it's a collaboration.
