The name voodoowolf is based off the name i use for pretty much everything, Wolfplague (my old DA profile). I sell my art and needed a name for doing so and wolfplague just didn't seem right. I racked my brain for a while trying to think of something unique, un-fortunately a lot of my ideas where already taken. So i sat down and started drawing a wolf and it turned into a zombie-ish voodoo like thing, so i went with it. I tacked on studios at the end so people would read it and think artistic business (hopefully). Wolfplague is me and voodoowolf is the commercial me. I love werewolves and both voodoowolf and wolfplague have appeared in my werewolf the apocalypse games i run with my friends. Someday i hope to make a voodoowolf costume i can wear for Halloween, maybe this year will be the year This might need some editing, its a bit disjointed, my mind tends to jump around a lot.

Neato, i have some bones that have finished soaking that im dying to start working with, would that be three different possible dolls or a were-panther-dragon hybrid creation? Reguardless, i feel like im ready to tackle just about anything sculpture wise

-I start my dolls at about $10 (plush), $20 (Wire and Foam) and $30 (sculpted parts, wire, foam, plush), These prices would be fore a medium size doll that is about 8in tall/wide, Size and complexity would add extra.

-Fake fur is $5, real fur is $10.
-Eyes ranged from generic plastic eyes 25 cents, doll eyes $1, moving doll eyes $2, custom hand painted resin eyes $3.

-Embelishments such as beads, shells, ribbons, feathers, jewlry and such add $5.
-Adding a voice box is $1-5, depends on the voice box.
-Painting on the doll is $2 - $5 depending on amount and complexity.
-Special additions range from $5 - $20 this would include complex mouths than open and have teeth and tounges, moving fingers and or toes, posable tails, dolls stands, fancy feathers (phesant, turkey,ect), real animal tails or limbs, real bones, clothing, accessories for the doll... These are just some examples.
-Making the parts movable $5.
-Extra arms legs heads ect, $5.

price examples would be my Halloween cat doll [link] would cost $45. Little white bull [link] would cost $30. Blue beaded dragon [link] $20. Pheasant doll [link] would be $70, Something big like my deer head sculpture [link] is $100 because of the size and parts. Special Dolls such as possum king [link] is $275. My mounted werewolf head [link] is $475. I am always happy to work with you if there is something you want but dont quite have the money for.

We-ell, I have a proposition fer ya hun.^^ I have access to a wide range of not only fake furs but real as well. I make masks and tie flies for fly fishing so I have just about everything from mink to beaver to moose, elk, wolf, coyote, and even fox. I also have access to a wide range of natural and died feathers from chicken, turkey, grouse, ostrich, and even a few good groupings of bird of prey (mostly Peregrine because I have a falconer friend whom of which I help care for his birds once in a while and he gives me feathers to practice on). I also have a badger skeleton, something which I most likely will not be doing anything with so vertebra, ribs, and wrist/knuckle bones are in ready supply. Price isn't worrying me but I was wondering if you would like to do some sort of a partial trade? I would be wanting a doll possibly no more than in the $70.

I'll be going with my wolf since I'm thinking this isn't quite fitting for my panther. My wolf is a tracker, (part of the search and rescue actually haha, it's in a story I'm writing) and often flies. I'm thinking I'd give you full artistic liberty on the design with the flying theme in mind... The glider she uses... Hm.. what's a good example? Um, kind of like this: [link] but I'm not going to have you include, just sent that to inspire. Her outfit and his do not look alike, hers is more like this:[link] also for inspiration, not necessary, but would be neat if possible.

But yeah, full artistic liberty, bones,real/fake fur, and feathers can easily be part of a partial trade. Any price gruestimate? Oh, sorry. No moving jaw, her eyes are green so whatever you see best fitting, I'm thinking the wire and foam would be fun (but whatever is easiest, I don't believe she will be doing more than decoration for right now, far out of the prying hands of any little child that comes my way). She is 2 toned (grey and white) with black accents. Ear tips and markings on the shins and forearm, not complex. Is there anything I missed?

Oooo, a partial trade is right up my alley! your wolf character sounds fun to do. Would the trade be for materials for the doll or just in general for future use in my dolls and sculptures? I'm fine with either. If you supply any fur or materials, that would bring the price down a good deal depending on what all is sent. So a basic wire/foam base, two tone fur with black highlights for the body, green eyes, no complex moving parts such as a jaw, and sinse the wolf character doesnt seem to be a crazy monster or demon, bones probably arent necessary, I can make her outfit, it seems pretty strait forward. Do you want the limbs to be posable or stationary? posable fingers? Accesorries such as goggles or even the glider?

For the general use of yer dolls.^^ Posable is fine, I would need to get you the specs for the glider if I had you do it. If you can do the goggles to, that would be awesome. I can give you a better sketch of her outfit too. I also have a ton of gray and white fake fur so however much is needed. Not sure if the fingers need to pose or not so I will let you decide on that one.

Cool Cool For the doll i would probably only need 12x12in square of both white and grey fur. A better sketch would be awesome. im figuring the doll to cost $40 including the supplied fur. Shipping would be around $3. For a patial trade, i love real fur when i can get my hands on it especially black fur. Im new to partial trades so im not sure how to fully work this out lol, the value of fur deducted from the price of the doll? Does that sound about right?

So all that, plus the trade, would be $40, yes? Sounds live a very good deal. I can provide the fake furs easily. Is there any particular real fur/feathers/bone you are looking for that I named off. Or any real fur you are looking for, I do have a few that I did not name.

I am waiting for a commissioner to pay me(shouldn't be long) so I can probably pay after this weekend. I will work on the concept sketch and simplified glider. Do you want me to make it into actual scale of the character or shrink it down? It's based off of an actual glider so that is why I'm asking.

I am looking for dark grey or black fur, and unique green feathers or claws, im working on turning my voodoowolf logo into an acutal fox size sculpture so im looking for things along those lines. For the glider, just a simple sketch in comparison to the character would be good so i have a good idea about its size and dimentions. Pay after this weekend will be fine, is paypal good? for the trade how would you like to send it? I'm going to start working on your doll this weekend, i can send you progress pictures as i go so you can see the doll take form, its always neat to see from start to finish.

I have some Macaw feathers I bet you'd like, and some rather sharp white coyote dewclaws (2) and an arctic fox claw somewhere, bot with fur on. Paypal is fine, no rush on the commission. Let me ship everything to you and whatnot (and make sure that the $40 is secured) I will work on the sketch this Sunday and scan it in Monday where I can get near a scanner.
