~I'm not an artist or writer but I love to look at art and read.~After all this time, I've FINALLY found the creator of the art piece I used as the base for my icon and contacted them. I very much thank for permission to continue to use this icon, since I love it so very much! I have done quite a bit of editing to it, including cropping and image altering.

LOL I'm not sure! ::grabs hair and mumbles to herself:: I'd love to do ME but scared, yanno? Probably drabbles or whatever they are called. Just short, little, itty, bitty things. Just to get started. But still, it can all wait till after Jan 1.

Hmm ok.
What about just getting some of your fave characters together in a room (for whatever reason) to see what they have to say to each other? Maybe they are trapped or something has just hit the fan and there is tension - or maybe they're together for happier reasons. Don't decide now, see where the conversation takes you.
If conversation isn't where you want to start, do the same thing but instead describe the scene and how the characters are feeling (if not why, because you might not know that for a while, until the story reveals itsself).
You can do a similar thing for one character if you would rather focus on something like that.
Or choose any scene from the game to rewrite. Or feel free to rewrite or add scenes to Res if that helps.
If you struggle to hear the characters voice in your head - YouTube is a great resource if you don't want to do another play through!
I have some, uh, drabbles I guess - small pieces I wrote that may or may not fit into a future story. You are welcome to take them and do as you please, if that's any help to you?

Thank you so much for the ideas. I'm going to mull them over for a bit. I think I'll probably start with one character. Working with multiples might be to intimidating. Perhaps rewriting a scene from one of the games would be a good place to start. There are plenty of scenes that I thought could have been better. I'll keep stirring the pot and see what floats up.
